Return Policy
The Society of St. John/ Jampot aims to provide quality products, reliable service, and dependable delivery. If for any reason you are displeased with a purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange, less shipping and handling charges. If the item is damaged on arrival, you must contact the shipper (normally UPS) immediately to process a claim. You must also contact us within 5 days to alert us to the situation.
Send all packages prepaid via UPS or USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. Refunds -less shipping and handling - will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. If an exchange is desired, please indicate the desired items you would like, and we will issue a refund or send a bill depending on the price of the new items. If your items were damaged in transit, Shipping and Handling charges will be refunded as well.
